Responsibilities

Qualifications
- 7-10 years of experience in HR, organizational effectiveness, or strategic consulting
- Proven track record advising senior leaders on complex HR initiatives
- Experience developing and executing talent strategies aligned with business goals
- Ability to operate independently in an executive-facing role
- Strong influencing skills to build credibility with leadership
Pay
$100,000 – $150,000 annually
