  • Utilize analytics and benchmarking for informed recommendations
  • Manage change efforts related to organizational transformation and talent

Qualifications

  • 7-10 years of experience in HR, organizational effectiveness, or strategic consulting
  • Proven track record advising senior leaders on complex HR initiatives
  • Experience developing and executing talent strategies aligned with business goals
  • Ability to operate independently in an executive-facing role
  • Strong influencing skills to build credibility with leadership

Pay

$100,000 – $150,000 annually

Schedule

Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
