About the role

As a Strategic Organization and Talent Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction of the organization. You will work closely with senior leadership to develop and implement talent strategies that align with organizational goals. This includes identifying key talent needs, designing talent acquisition processes, and fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies that attract top-tier candidates
  • Collaborate with HR and other departments to design and implement effective onboarding programs
  • Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and best practices
  • Facilitate talent assessments and provide insights to inform hiring decisions
  • Support the development and implementation of succession planning initiatives
  • Build and maintain relationships with external partners and networks to identify and attract high-potential candidates
  • Provide guidance and support to managers on talent management and development

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in talent management, recruitment, or related field
  • Proven ability to analyze data and make strategic recommendations
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Experience with AI tools and technology in recruitment processes

Qualifications

  • Advanced degree in a relevant field preferred
  • Experience working in a remote or hybrid environment
  • Knowledge of diversity, equity, and inclusion principles and their application in talent management

Skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with ATS systems

Pay

Salary range: $80,000 - $120,000 annually
