Strategic Operations Lead - AI Projects

About the role

As a Strategic Project Lead (SPL), you will own the execution of complex, high-value projects from customer requirements through final delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-million-dollar AI data projects end-to-end.
• Build strong relationships with researchers and teams at leading AI labs.
• Coordinate and manage 1,000+ distributed contributors.
• Identify bottlenecks and improve workflows, quality, speed, and cost efficiency.
• Manage urgent customer requests and deliver consistently under demanding timelines.
• Provide clear reporting and proactively resolve operational issues.

Requirements

• Experience in consulting, finance, startups, operations, or another high-performance environment.
• Strong analytical, communication, and project-management skills.
• Comfortable managing ambiguity, pressure, and multiple priorities.
• Strong customer-facing presence and a high level of ownership.
• Someone who enjoys hands-on execution and process optimization.

This is an operations-focused role, not a traditional strategy, product, or GTM position.
