Strategic Operations Coordinator - Phoenix, AZ

About the role

This is a core operations role. As a Strategic Operations Coordinator, you will own your market, ensure visits run smoothly, and keep providers, facilities, and internal teams aligned. Your work directly impacts patient access, provider efficiency, and overall care quality. If you enjoy building structure, solving problems, and taking accountability for outcomes, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do

• Own Scheduling & Daily Operations
• Manage and optimize provider schedules to ensure efficient, on-time patient care
• Cook up and execute provider schedules to ensure smooth operations
• Coordinate closely with facilities to confirm readiness and expectations ahead of visits
• Resolve scheduling conflicts, coverage gaps, and last-minute changes
• Drive Operational Coordination
• Track and manage lab-dependent cases across specialties (optometry, podiatry, dental, audiology)
• Partner with field teams and facility contacts to keep care moving without delays
• Build and maintain tracking systems that improve follow-through and reduce errors
• Market Ownership
• Maintain accurate, forward-looking calendars for all assigned facilities and specialties
• Spot inefficiencies and proactively improve workflows within your market
• Serve as the primary communication point, keeping everyone aligned and informed
• Support Field Teams
• Confirm provider readiness prior to visits and address issues before they escalate
• Ensure timely submission of documentation and reports
• Act quickly when logistical issues arise, providing clear solutions and next steps
