Strategic Operations Associate
About the role
The Strategic Operations Associate plays a crucial role in managing and optimizing Everyday Health’s owned and operated site inventory, campaign set up, and strategic optimizations. Reporting directly to the Director of Strategic Enablement and Performance Operations, this position is part of a highly collaborative team focused on driving campaign success and business performance.
Responsibilities
- Partner with internal stakeholders to manage and maintain campaign information as the central source of truth for internal tracking
- Forecast available inventory and book campaigns to align with set up best practices
- Monitor and track campaign delivery, escalating for optimizations as needed based on client KPIs
- Leverage reporting tools (e.g. Salesforce, Google Ad Manager, Google Analytics, Campaign Manager 360, DoubleVerify) for internal analysis
- Troubleshoot ad-hoc campaign or data-related issues, collaborating with internal team members to provide strategic solutions
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 1-2+ years work experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets
- Comfortable working with data and numbers
- Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills
- Proactive – self-motivated, problem-solver, detail-oriented, and team player who has a willingness to learn
- Ability to prioritize daily tasks with minimal intervention

Pay
$60,000 to $75,000 annually. Individual pay within the compensation range for this business unit specific role is determined based on a variety of factors including experience, scope of the role, capabilities to perform the role, education and training, as well as business and company performance.
