Strategic Operations Associate
About the role
The Strategic Operations Associate plays a crucial role in managing Everyday Health’s owned and operated site inventory, campaign setup, and strategic optimizations. This position requires a problem-solver who can connect the dots across various areas and contribute to a highly collaborative team.
Responsibilities
- Partner with internal stakeholders to manage and maintain campaign information as the central source of truth for internal tracking
- Forecast available inventory and book campaigns to align with set up best practices
- Monitor and track campaign delivery, escalating for optimizations as needed based on client KPIs
- Leverage reporting tools (e.g. Salesforce, Google Ad Manager, Google Analytics, Campaign Manager 360, DoubleVerify) for internal analysis
- Troubleshoot ad-hoc campaign or data-related issues, collaborating with internal team members to provide strategic solutions
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 1-2+ years work experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets
- Comfortable working with data and numbers
- Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills
- Proactive – self-motivated, problem-solver, detail-oriented, and team player who has a willingness to learn
- Ability to prioritize daily tasks with minimal intervention

Pay
$60,000 to $75,000 annually, with individual pay determined based on a variety of factors including experience, scope of the role, capabilities to perform the role, education and training, as well as business and company performance.
Schedule
Full-time position.
