  • Develop and manage marketing and communications plans aligned with organizational goals
  • Write press releases, articles, website content, newsletter copy, and campaign messaging

  • Lead marketing campaigns supporting membership growth, events, and brand awareness
  • Direct in-house graphic design resources and coordinate with outside vendors as needed
  • Develop and manage content calendars
  • Support government affairs and workforce development communications as needed

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related field
  • Demonstrated ability to develop strategy and personally execute campaigns
  • Strong writing and content development skills across channels
  • Experience with media relations and earned media outreach
  • Comfortable working in a small-to-mid-size organization with lean resources
  • Familiarity with the construction, real estate, or trade association sector is a plus
  • Collaborative style with the ability to work independently

This Role Is Not

  • A graphic design role
  • A membership sales or retention role - those responsibilities remain with the Membership Director
  • Not included in the scope of this role are budget management, staff supervision, or executive administrative functions
