Job Description
Strategic Analytix seeks a motivated Strategic Management Consultant (SMC) to collaborate with the government on developing, integrating, and continuously improving processes. These processes include managing performance information, integrating it with related business management information, and integrating it into existing management and decision-making processes.
Responsibilities
- Analyze data for program build activities including FYDP profiles by program and focus area.
- Provide trend analysis reports to identify gaps in resources.
- Enhance mapping of resources to programs, high interest areas, threads, strategic initiatives, etc.
- Develop CBJB narratives.
- Provide input to IP on programmatic actions that impact Program Build.
- Provide support to mission readiness process by coordinating with Mission Readiness Leads on the mitigation and binning of deficiencies and concerns.
- Facilitate the coordination of resource strategies across multiple directorates and organizations.
- Consolidate Program Build information for Executive Principles, RMB, and BOD, as well as external overseers.
- Cover appropriate stakeholders in the prioritization of requirements across directorates and organizations.
- Contribute information to responses to RFIs from ODNI and Congress regarding APIP Resources.
- Support the PPBE documentation process.
Qualifications
- Clearance Level: TS/SCI level clearance with a Full Scope Polygraph.
- Skill Level 2: Eight (8) or more years of experience in strategy management and planning development, including at least four (4) years of combined experience demonstrating a broad representation of Federal Government Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution; large organization Strategic Management; Process definition, deployment, and improvement; Program analysis and evaluation; Facilitation and decision analysis; and Legislative process and Congressional relations. A Bachelor’s degree or higher degree is required. Four (4) additional years of experience in strategy management and planning development will be accepted in lieu of a Bachelor’s degree.
- Skill Level 3: Twelve (12) or more years of experience in strategy management and planning development, including at least three (3) years in leadership, planning, and management of complex tasks related to strategic planning, as demonstrated through a history of daily client interaction, delivery of presentations on complex strategic planning subjects, and facilitation for strategic planning meetings with senior client personnel. A Bachelor’s degree or higher degree is required. Four (4) additional years of experience in strategy management and planning development will be accepted in lieu of a Bachelor’s degree.
