Strategic Consultant
About the role
The Strategic Consultant will report to the Director of Bullhorn Consulting Services and will play a key role within the Bullhorn Professional Services Team. Key responsibilities include:
- Leading and owning the new customer system setup process to ensure a great experience for customers.
- Working alongside Senior Consultants on enterprise implementations.
- Collaborating with Project Management, Professional Services, and Technical Services team members on project deliverables.
- Designing and executing user acceptance testing throughout an implementation.
- Providing guidance on usage and adoption of the Bullhorn suite of products, training client users on onboarding self-service configurations.
- Reporting regular progress to the project team regarding the status of ongoing projects, capacity, escalations, and other initiatives.

Benefits
The annual base salary range for this position is $90,000 - $110,000. In addition, this role is eligible for an annual target bonus and a comprehensive benefits package which includes:

Pay
The annual base salary range for this position is $90,000 - $110,000. In addition, this role is eligible for an annual target bonus and a comprehensive benefits package.
