We need to output HTML fragment with sections only if real content. Use

for headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must not repeat job title as heading. We need to parse the posting. Content: - Intro: "This role requires the ability to work lawfully in the U.S. without employment-based immigration sponsorship, now or in the future." That's a requirement (work authorization). Also "Ready to build meaningful partnerships and drive strategic growth for complex enterprise clients?" That's maybe part of about. - Then description: "As a Strategic Major Account Manager at Spectrum, you will develop tailored business plans, position Spectrum Business as a trusted advisor for voice, video and data solutions, and guide long-term account strategies. Your consultative approach and relationship-building skills will help clients achieve their objectives and advance Spectrum’s reputation for excellence." - Then "How You Will Make An Impact" bullet list (actually sentences). Those are responsibilities. - Then "Working Conditions Office-based role with regular travel required to client locations within assigned footprint" - Then "Required Qualifications What You Will Bring to Spectrum Education High school diploma or equivalent from an accredited organization (GED) Experience 3+ years of sales experience exceeding revenue goals Skills Read, write, speak and understand English Demonstrated history of consistently exceeding sales quotas Strong understanding of computer networking, LAN and WAN technologies, high-capacity and fiber-connected networks Proven product and technical knowledge Effective relationship building, networking, negotiation and closing skills Quick learner able to apply new knowledge and partner with support resources for account growth Valid driver’s license, safe driving record and willingness to travel as needed" - Then "Preferred Qualifications Education Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field or equivalent combination of education, training and experience Experience 3+ years of sales experience exceeding revenue goals selling data, voice and video solutions in the telecommunications B2B industry Skills In-depth knowledge of CRM systems such as Salesforce Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook" - Then there is "SCM267 2026-81707 SCM267 2026" (job ID etc) - we drop. - Then "Here, our employees don’t just have jobs, they're building careers. That’s why we offer a comprehensive pay and benefits package that rewards employees for their contributions to our success, supporting all aspects of their well-being at every stage of life." This is benefits/pay mention but no specifics. We should not create Pay/Benefits sections unless actual specifics given. It says comprehensive pay and benefits package but no detail. According to rule: never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. It states they offer a comprehensive pay and benefits package but no specifics. Is that enough? Likely not; we should not create those sections because no concrete details. So we omit Pay, Benefits, Schedule. - Then "A qualified applicant’s criminal history, if any, will be considered in a manner consistent with applicable laws, including local ordinances." That's EEO/legal boilerplate; remove. - Then "Get to Know Us Charter Communications provides superior communication and entertainment products for residential and business customers through the Spectrum brand. Our offerings include Spectrum Internet®, TV, Mobile and Voice. Beyond our connectivity solutions, we also provide local news, programming and regional sports via Spectrum Networks and multiscreen advertising solutions via Spectrum Reach. When you join our team, you’ll be keeping our customers connected to what matters most in 41 states across the U.S. Watch this video to learn more." This is company overview; could be part of About the role? Might be considered "About the role" or "About the company". The instruction: use headings for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can have About the role (maybe includes description). We'll put the role description there. - Then "Grow Your Career Here We’re committed to growing a workforce that reflects the customers and communities we serve – providing opportunities for employment and advancement to all team members. Spectrum is an Equal Opportunity Employer, including job seekers with disabilities and veterans. Learn about Life at Spectrum." That's EEO boilerplate; remove. Thus we need sections: About the role (maybe includes intro and role description), Responsibilities (the "How You Will Make An Impact" bullet list), Requirements (maybe required qualifications?), Qualifications (maybe preferred?), Skills (maybe separate). But we need to avoid duplication. The posting lumps Education, Experience, Skills under Required Qualifications and then Preferred Qualifications. We could have sections: Requirements (required qualifications) and Preferred Qualifications (maybe as Qualifications?). But the instruction list includes Requirements, Qualifications, Skills. We could map: Requirements = required qualifications (education, experience, maybe some skills). Qualifications = preferred qualifications (education, experience). Skills = skills (both required and preferred?). However we must not create thin sections. Let's see content: Required Qualifications: - Education: High school diploma or equivalent (GED) - Experience: 3+ years of sales experience exceeding revenue goals - Skills: Read, write, speak and understand English; Demonstrated history of consistently exceeding sales quotas; Strong understanding of computer networking, LAN and WAN technologies, high-capacity and fiber-connected networks; Proven product and technical knowledge; Effective relationship building, networking, negotiation and closing skills; Quick learner able to apply new knowledge and partner with support resources for account growth; Valid driver’s license, safe driving record and willingness to travel as needed. Preferred Qualifications: - Education: Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field or equivalent combination of education, training and experience - Experience: 3+ years of sales experience exceeding revenue goals selling data, voice and video solutions in the telecommunications B2B industry - Skills: In-depth knowledge of CRM systems such as Salesforce; Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook We could combine required and preferred into Qualifications section, but we have separate headings. Perhaps we make: - Requirements: Required Qualifications (education, experience, maybe some core skills) - Qualifications: Preferred Qualifications (education, experience) - Skills: All skills (both required and preferred) as a list. But we need to avoid duplication: skills appear in both required and preferred; we could list all skills under Skills section, and not repeat them elsewhere. Then Requirements section would contain only education and experience (required). Qualifications section would contain preferred education and experience. That seems reasonable. Now Responsibilities: list from "How You Will Make An Impact". Those are sentences each starting with a verb. We'll make
  • each. About the role: include the introductory paragraphs: "This role requires the ability to work lawfully in the U.S. without employment-based immigration sponsorship, now or in the future." plus "Ready to build meaningful partnerships and drive strategic growth for complex enterprise clients? As a Strategic Major Account Manager at Spectrum, you will develop tailored business plans, position Spectrum Business as a trusted advisor for voice, video and data solutions, and guide long-term account strategies. Your consultative approach and relationship-building skills will help clients achieve their objectives and advance Spectrum’s reputation for excellence." Also maybe include company overview? Could be part of About the role but it's more about company. Might be okay to include as part of About the role. However the instruction says "About the role" heading for section headings. We'll put the role description there. Working Conditions: "Office-based role with regular travel required to client locations within assigned footprint". This could be a section? Not in the list of headings but we could treat as part of About the role or maybe as a separate section like "Working Conditions". Not in allowed headings list; but we could incorporate into About the role or Responsibilities? Probably better to include as a short paragraph under About the role or maybe as its own heading not listed; but instruction says use headings for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It doesn't forbid other headings, but says use those for section headings (e.g...). It might be okay to add other headings if needed, but better to stick to those. Working conditions could be placed under About the role as a note. Thus final HTML:

We should not include Pay/Benefits/Schedule sections. Check for any duplicated lines: we removed job IDs, EEO, etc. Make sure we preserve all substantive information: we included work authorization, role description, responsibilities, required education/experience, preferred education/experience, skills list (both required and preferred). We omitted the company overview beyond the role description; we included a brief mention of Spectrum Business as trusted advisor etc. The company overview about Charter Communications etc is not included; is that substantive? It describes the company's offerings and footprint. Could be considered part of About the role but maybe not essential. The instruction says preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. The company overview is substantive; we might need to include it somewhere. Could be placed under About the role as additional paragraph. Let's add a paragraph after the role description: "Charter Communications provides superior communication and entertainment products for residential and business customers through the Spectrum brand.
