Strategic Innovation Director-Remote within the US

For our client, we are seeking a Strategic Innovation Director to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space. This leader in healthcare is looking for a strategic thinker who can shape and advance an innovation agenda that responds to evolving clinical and market needs. The role will partner across business, clinical, and technical teams to evaluate new opportunities, build insights, and guide decisions that support growth. The ideal candidate will bring a strong mix of strategy, diligence, and executive communication skills to help prioritize the most promising initiatives and translate analysis into action. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $143,900 – $197,868 annually Responsibilities Define and advance the strategic innovation agenda for the diagnostics business Identify unmet clinical and technological needs, along with relevant market dynamics Lead enterprise-level innovation initiatives with a disciplined approach Conduct market, clinical, and asset valuation assessments Build and maintain portfolio analytics and performance insights Deliver concise recommendations to senior leadership Qualifications Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred in clinical, scientific, engineering, or healthcare fields 10+ years of experience in healthcare, including medtech, life sciences, or consulting 5+ years of experience in strategy, business development, or management consulting Strong understanding of the diagnostics and healthcare ecosystem Demonstrated success leading cross-functional strategic initiatives Experience assessing external opportunities through market and technical diligence Proven ability to influence stakeholders and develop executive-ready recommendations Benefits Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) retirement plan Life insurance Long-term and short-term disability insurance Paid parking/public transportation Paid time off Paid sick and safe time Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
