Responsibilities

• Define and advance the strategic innovation agenda for Siemens Healthineers Diagnostics in alignment with enterprise priorities and long-term growth objectives
• Develop informed perspectives on market dynamics, emerging technologies, innovation trends, and competitive landscapes
• Lead and influence cross-functional teams to evaluate opportunities and shape differentiated go-to-market strategies
• Identify emerging clinical and technical innovation areas tied to unmet needs and future growth potential
• Support technology and biomarker scouting, literature assessments, and IP evaluations to inform portfolio and investment decisions
• Build and sustain portfolio analytics, KPIs, and performance insights to enable data-driven strategy
• Deliver clear, concise, executive-ready recommendations to senior leadership

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred
• 10+ years of experience in the healthcare industry
• 5+ years in strategy, business development, management consulting, or venture-related environments
• Strong understanding of the diagnostics and broader healthcare ecosystem
• Demonstrated success leading enterprise-level strategic initiatives with measurable business impact
• Prominent ability to influence across multidisciplinary teams and senior stakeholders
• Strong business judgment, analytical rigor, and executive presence

Pay

The Base Pay Range For This Position Is $165,490 - $227,546 Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

Schedule

This is a remote-based, Director-level individual contributor role requiring flexibility to collaborate across global time zones. The scope of the role may evolve as the function grows. Anticipated travel is up to 30%.
