Strategic Implementation Consultant

Responsibilities

• Ensure customers leverage the IoT platform to enhance safety, efficiency, and sustainability
• Manage deployment projects for large-scale customers to optimize product value
• Develop launch plans and strategies to promote product usage among customers
• Monitor implementation metrics to gauge account health and product adoption
• Conduct training sessions and provide technical demonstrations for users at different levels
• Handle multiple customer engagements and facilitate collaboration across teams
• Serve as a mentor within the Customer Success and Support teams

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in Customer Success or strategic consulting, preferably in Enterprise SaaS
• Strong emotional intelligence and priority management skills
• Experience with technical product support and end-to-end system implementations
• Demonstrated ability to build trust with various stakeholders, including executives and technical teams
• Proactive problem-solving skills and a commitment to exceeding customer expectations
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution

Pay

• $100,406 – $135,000 annually
