For our client, we are seeking a Strategic Implementation Consultant to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space. This role will drive complex programs from planning through execution with a focus on structure, accountability, and measurable delivery. You will work across business leaders, delivery teams, and strategic partners to align priorities, manage dependencies, and keep initiatives on track. The position offers the opportunity to bring clarity to complex work and deliver outcomes that matter across the organization within a technology-driven environment. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $100,406 – $135,000 annually Responsibilities Ensure customers leverage the IoT platform to enhance safety, efficiency, and sustainability Manage deployment projects for large-scale customers to optimize product value Develop launch plans and strategies to promote product usage among customers Monitor implementation metrics to gauge account health and product adoption Conduct training sessions and provide technical demonstrations for users at different levels Handle multiple customer engagements and facilitate collaboration across teams Serve as a mentor within the Customer Success and Support teams Qualifications 6+ years of experience in Customer Success or strategic consulting, preferably in Enterprise SaaS Strong emotional intelligence and priority management skills Experience with technical product support and end-to-end system implementations Demonstrated ability to build trust with various stakeholders, including executives and technical teams Proactive problem-solving skills and a commitment to exceeding customer expectations Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution Benefits Flexible working model supporting remote work and in-person collaboration Professional development stipend for ongoing learning Comprehensive health and parental leave plans Performance-based bonuses and equity options for eligible roles Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
