Senior Strategic Implementation Consultant

About the role

This role will drive complex programs from planning through execution with a focus on structure, accountability, and measurable delivery. You will work across business leaders, delivery teams, and strategic partners to align priorities, manage dependencies, and keep initiatives on track. The position offers the opportunity to bring clarity to complex work and deliver outcomes that matter across the organization within a technology-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure customers increase safety, efficiency, and sustainability with the IoT platform
• Manage large-scale deployments to drive quick customer success
• Create launch plans to boost product usage
• Track implementation progress and account health
• Run training sessions and demonstrate technology to users
• Juggle multiple customer engagements and collaborate cross-functionally
• Mentor wider Customer Success and Support teams

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in technology consulting or customer-facing technology implementation
• Experience with Enterprise SaaS solutions preferred
• High emotional intelligence and priority management skills needed
• Exceptional communication skills with executive stakeholders
• Consultative skills with experience in end-to-end system implementations
• Ability to build trust and effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders
• Bachelor's degree from a 4-year institution

Pay

$109,480 – $165,600 annually
