Responsibilities
- Own and develop the sales capacity and productivity model, focusing on support for ARR growth targets
- Build and maintain accurate pipeline-to-ARR forecasting, converting metrics into booking forecasts by segments
- Manage GTM unit economics, ensuring calculations like CAC and LTV are rigorous and actionable
- Collaborate with the CRO and marketing leads to evaluate the ROI of GTM investments effectively
- Create analysis and presentation materials for board meetings in partnership with senior finance leadership
- Conduct ad hoc scenario analyses to facilitate informed decision-making by leadership
Qualifications
- 4 to 7 years in strategic finance, FP&A, GTM, investment banking or management consulting, ideally at a high-growth software company
- Proficiency in financial modeling, including capacity and productivity, pipeline analysis, and scenario work
- Expertise in GTM and SaaS unit economics, including CAC, retention, and sales efficiency metrics
- Experience using modern BI tools like Snowflake, dbt, and Looker; familiarity with CRM data like Salesforce
- Advanced skills in Excel or Google Sheets with an emphasis on accuracy and detail
- Strong communication skills to present complex analyses clearly to leadership and board members
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, ambiguous setting, demonstrating ownership and a first-principles mindset
