Strategic Finance
About the role
Figma is seeking talented individuals to join its Strategic Finance team. The team focuses on solving critical business issues and supports the company's budgeting, planning, resource allocation, and financial analysis.
Responsibilities
Go-To-Market: Own and materially improve Figma’s annual planning and forecasting process. Influence resourcing and investment decisions across the Sales business.
Corporate: Own, scale, and materially improve Figma’s Top-line financial ARR close. Leverage automation to surface data-driven insights, enabling management to take proactive, margin-impacting actions.
Growth: Own reporting & forecasting for acquired businesses, including revenue, headcount, and operating expenses. Partner with acquired business leadership to identify growth levers, inform pricing & packaging, and build out unit economics framework(s).
Requirements
This is a full-time role that can be held from one of our US hubs (San Francisco / New York) or remotely in the United States.
Qualifications
5+ years of relevant experience in investment banking, private equity, strategic finance, Big 4 audit, business operations, or related fields.
Experience in financial planning and creating data-driven analysis.
Demonstrated ability to build processes from scratch and distill complex issues into structured frameworks and develop concrete action plans.
Experience problem-solving independently, organizing workload and priorities, and completing tasks on time.
Experience building relationships and communicating with stakeholders across all levels and functions.
Skills
Genuine curiosity and passion in the work that you do.
Experience at a high growth B2B SaaS company, with bonus points for GTM experience.
SQL/AI tooling experience and deep experience working with large data-sets.

Pay
The listed range is a guideline, and the range for this role may be modified. For roles that are available to be filled remotely, the pay range is localized according to employee work location by a factor of between 80% and 100% of range.
