Strategic Finance
About Us
Forus is building an AI-powered network that connects doctors, pharmacies, payers, and biopharma to accelerate new science to patients. Our platform automates the complexity between a doctor prescribing a medicine and a patient starting treatment, including insurance coverage, financial assistance, and supply chain navigation. We provide this support free to doctors and patients, helping them get life-changing medicine faster, cheaper, and easier. The resulting network enables biopharma companies to design better research, launch new drugs more effectively, and invest in harder-to-treat conditions.
About The Role
As part of our Strategic Finance team, you will help drive how the company plans, allocates resources, and makes decisions as we scale. You will work directly with the CEO and leadership team to translate strategy into financial models, evaluate key bets, and ensure we are investing behind the highest-impact opportunities. This role sits at the center of the business, spanning growth, product, operations, and fundraising. You will build the models and frameworks that define how we think about market expansion, unit economics, and long-term strategy, while also helping us operate with rigor day-to-day. This is a demanding role, with a high level of autonomy and responsibility. You will be expected to "act like an owner" and commit yourself to Forus' success.

- Lead scenario modeling and sensitivity analyses to support decisions around pricing, market expansion, hiring, and capital allocation
- Work directly with the CEO and leadership team on key initiatives, including new business lines, strategic partnerships, and fundraising strategy
- Help design and evolve how the company operates, including planning cadence, resource allocation, and financial discipline as we scale
