About the role
We are seeking a Strategic Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to Lyra’s President of Employer Solutions. This role extends beyond traditional administrative functions, serving as a strategic partner in orchestrating the operational cadence of the President’s office.
The successful candidate will manage complex scheduling, travel logistics, and high-stakes communication, while also supporting cross-functional projects that drive organizational priorities. The role demands a professional with exceptional organizational skills, a polished executive presence, and a passion for clear, impactful communication. You will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth operation of the leadership office, facilitating collaboration across teams, and advancing strategic initiatives that align with Lyra’s mission to improve mental health outcomes worldwide.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5+ years supporting executives at VP or C-suite level within fast-paced technology, SaaS, or healthcare organizations.
- Proven ability to manage complex calendars and logistics with precision and foresight.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with experience in corporate communications and executive messaging.
- Proficiency in creating compelling presentation materials using Google Slides or similar tools.
- Strong business acumen, with an understanding of organizational structures and operational metrics.
- Technical expertise in enterprise tools such as Google Workspace, Slack, Salesforce, and project management software.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality handling sensitive information.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strategic relationships and navigate organizational dynamics diplomatically.
- Experience in managing special projects from inception to completion, with a focus on operational efficiency.
- Previous experience in corporate communications, internal PR, or strategic operations preferred.
- Experience working remotely or within highly distributed teams is a plus.

Responsibilities
- Manage the President’s complex and evolving calendar, prioritizing requests to align with strategic business objectives and proactively resolving conflicts.
- Cook up seamless travel arrangements, corporate bookings, and expense reporting with high accuracy and attention to detail.
- Serve as a cross-functional liaison, fostering collaboration across internal teams and leadership offices.
- Plan, prepare, and execute agendas for leadership meetings, ensuring alignment and productivity.
- Draft, edit, and distribute high-impact communications including weekly leadership updates, memos, and organizational announcements.
- Design and develop engaging presentation materials for all-hands meetings, stakeholder updates, and internal briefings.
- Attend leadership meetings to synthesize strategic discussions into clear, actionable updates for broader dissemination.
- Orchestrate operational rhythms by planning and managing key meetings such as weekly leadership syncs, monthly reviews, and quarterly planning sessions.
- Lead and execute special projects, tracking milestones across teams, and ensuring timely delivery and accountability.
- Act as a decision gatekeeper, triaging urgent requests and ensuring efficient prioritization of tasks and initiatives.
