What You'll Do
- Develop relationships with CEOs, presidents, founders, and executive leadership teams while building your own book of business.
- Prospect, network, and generate new business opportunities through strategic outreach, referrals, and relationship building.
- Lead executive-level conversations to identify organizational challenges and use Culture Index's behavioral analytics to help leaders make more informed decisions around hiring, leadership development, succession planning, team dynamics, and organizational growth.
- Build long-term client partnerships based on trust, credibility, and measurable business outcomes while continuously developing your consulting expertise through ongoing coaching and professional development.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in executive sales, business development, management consulting, executive coaching, executive leadership, or a related advisory role.
- Experience working directly with CEOs, business owners, or executive leadership teams.
- Proven ability to generate new business and build long-term client relationships.
- Strong consultative selling experience.
- Executive presence with the ability to influence senior decision-makers.
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently.
- Strong business acumen and strategic problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working in a performance-based, uncapped commission environment.
- Willingness to travel up to 25%.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience facilitating executive workshops or leadership development programs.
- Background in organizational development, talent management, or leadership consulting.
- Experience owning, operating, or growing a business.
- Demonstrated history of consistently exceeding performance goals.
