Using Culture Index's proprietary behavioral analytics platform, you'll help leaders make smarter hiring decisions, build stronger leadership teams, improve organizational performance, and create organizations capable of sustained growth.

You won't be reading scripts.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of success in executive sales, business development, management consulting, executive coaching, executive leadership, or a related advisory role.
  • Experience working directly with CEOs, business owners, or executive leadership teams.
  • Proven ability to generate new business and build long-term client relationships.
  • Strong consultative selling skills with a history of exceeding performance goals.
  • Executive presence with the confidence to influence senior decision-makers.
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to identify organizational challenges and recommend strategic solutions.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset and the discipline to work independently.
  • Comfortable working in a performance-based, uncapped commission environment.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% for client meetings, workshops, and business development.
  • Experience in management consulting, executive coaching, organizational development, talent management, or leadership consulting.
  • Experience facilitating executive workshops or leading strategic business discussions.
  • Experience owning, operating, or growing a business.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable business recommendations.
  • Demonstrated history of consistently exceeding performance goals.
  • Commitment to continuous learning, professional development, and personal growth.

Responsibilities

  • Develop relationships with CEOs, presidents, founders, and executive leadership teams.
  • Possess the ability to prospect, network, and generate new business opportunities through strategic outreach, referrals, and relationship building.
  • Lead executive-level conversations to identify organizational challenges and opportunities.
  • Utilize Culture Index's behavioral analytics platform to assess talent, leadership, and organizational effectiveness.
  • Create and present strategic recommendations related to hiring, leadership development, succession planning, team dynamics, and organizational growth.
  • Help organizations replace assumptions with objective, data-driven decision making.
  • Build, manage, and grow your own book of business.
  • Create long-term client partnerships built on trust, credibility, and measurable business outcomes.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to continually strengthen your consulting and business development expertise.
  • Represent the Culture Index brand with professionalism, integrity, and executive presence.
