Strategic Events Manager

REFIT® is seeking an entrepreneurial Events & Partnerships Manager to drive the growth, planning, and execution of our expanding event portfolio—including instructor trainings, Move Well Weekends, REFIT On Tour, RECON, speaking engagements, and international retreats. This role requires an owner’s mindset: someone who doesn’t just coordinate events but strategically builds the calendar.

Responsibilities

• Business development: secure new host locations and build partnerships with YMCAs, churches, corporations, and wellness organizations
• Strategic event calendar planning across the full portfolio
• End-to-end event logistics and execution
• Event marketing coordination alongside the marketing team
• CRM, reporting, and KPI tracking

Requirements

• Experience in business development, sales, or event/partnership management
• Entrepreneurial, highly organized, and confident in asking for business
• Able to think strategically while executing on details
• Energized by building meaningful experiences for others
