Strategic Equity Solutions Origination Structurer, Assistant Vice President

Responsibilities

• Prepare pitchbook materials
• Work directly with Vice President’s / Director’s on deal related items
• Mentor and educate our 1st and 2nd year analysts
• Pricing equity derivative transactions utilizing the Black-Scholes Model
• Analyze market data
• Assist Senior team members with overall transaction execution management

Qualifications

• 4-7 years structuring, Investment Banking, or Capital Markets Origination experience from a financial institution
• Demonstrated quantitative and analytical skills
• Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
• Able to work with multiple functional groups in a cohesive manner
