Key Responsibilities
- Own and grow relationships with 15–20 top strategic enterprise accounts across AMER, driving adoption and expansion
- Develop and execute multi-year account strategies aligned with customer IT and business goals
- Lead ROI-driven executive engagements with CIOs, CISOs, and senior IT leaders
- Maintain rigorous forecasting, pipeline management, and account planning discipline
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Success, Solution Engineering, Product, and Marketing to deliver integrated, value-based solutions
- Map large enterprise accounts, build relevant champion networks, and communicate effectively across all buyer personas — from technical teams to the C-suite
Key Requirements
- Hard Skills:
- 7+ years of experience in Enterprise SaaS solution sales
- Proven track record of achieving $1M+ ARR growth per year within strategic enterprise accounts
- Domain expertise in IT Asset Management, Cybersecurity, Infrastructure Visibility, or related fields
- Skilled in executive-level communication, complex negotiations, and value selling
- Ability to map large enterprise accounts and build multi-level champion networks across diverse buyer personas
- Strong pipeline management and forecasting discipline in a high-velocity SaaS environment
- Soft Skills:
- Consultative, strategic thinker with strong business acumen
- Excellent collaborator with a genuine "one team" mindset
- Resilient and motivated to thrive in a fast-growing, evolving SaaS environment
- AI Specific Skills:
- Leverage AI tools to accelerate account research, streamline pipeline management, and sharpen call preparation — for example using tools like Gong, Salesforce Einstein, or ChatGPT to surface insights and build stronger executive narratives
- Confidently position and discuss Lansweeper's AI Cyber Asset Intelligence platform in customer conversations, translating its capabilities into tangible business and risk outcomes for enterprise stakeholders
