About the role

Dermalogica is a leading skincare brand within the Unilever Prestige family. Our mission is to nurture skin health through innovative skincare products and education. We are expanding and seek a Strategic Education Marketing Lead to drive growth in our education programs.

Responsibilities

  • Own the marketing strategy and execution for all education programs and workshops.
  • Leverage data and insights to optimize performance and engagement.
  • Develop segmented customer journeys for new, inactive, and active accounts.
  • Create automated marketing workflows and nurture campaigns.
  • Build strong relationships across Education Operations, District Education Managers, and Professional Marketing teams.
  • Support workshop launches, promotional calendars, and enrollment initiatives.
  • Conduct testing and optimization to improve campaign effectiveness and engagement.
  • Track key metrics and analyze audience and course performance data.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field preferred.
  • 2-5 years of marketing experience, preferably within education, beauty, aesthetics, wellness, or a related industry.
  • Experience executing digital marketing campaigns across email, web, social media, and marketing automation platforms.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, Klaviyo, marketing automation tools, Wrike, Power BI, or similar platforms.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Working Conditions

  • Hybrid role based at Dermalogica's Corporate Headquarters in Carson, California.
  • MUST LIVE LOCAL - Work arrangement: Hybrid – Onsite 3 days per week, remote up to 2 days per week.
  • Ability to travel approximately 10% of the time, including occasional overnight and weekend travel.
  • Ability to support occasional evening and weekend business needs.
