Job Description
Duration: 1 year
Pay: $40/hr.
Responsibilities
- Partner with strategic customers to develop and execute supply chain and ordering strategies.
- Cook up and oversee material supply for large customer accounts.
- Support end-to-end order-to-invoice processes, ensuring timely and efficient order fulfillment.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve supply chain issues and improve customer experience.
- Analyze customer performance, inventory, demand, and operational metrics through reporting and data analysis.
- Utilize SAP and other systems to manage open orders, customer demand reports, and operational data.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and implement best practices across supply chain processes.
- Translate customer business needs into strategic supply chain solutions.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives focused on automation, AI, and operational efficiency.
- Aid in developing departmental procedures and support training initiatives as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree required.
- 2+ years of experience in one or more supply chain functions, including:
- Supply Planning
- Demand Planning
- Order Management
- Warehousing
- Transportation
- Experience supporting customers, vendors, or suppliers in a customer-facing environment.
- Consulting, advisory, or strategic customer support experience preferred.
- Knowledge of materials management and logistics.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
- Technical Skills:
- Microsoft Office Suite
- Google Workspace
- SAP (strongly preferred)
- Smartsheet (preferred)
- Experience using AI tools, automation platforms, or continuous improvement methodologies is highly preferred.
