About the role

We are seeking a Strategic Customer Success Manager to join our dynamic team. This role will be responsible for driving customer satisfaction and loyalty through proactive engagement and strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute customer success strategies that enhance customer retention and satisfaction
  • Proactively identify and address customer needs and pain points
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless onboarding and ongoing support
  • Manage customer relationships and escalations effectively
  • Conduct regular customer feedback sessions and analyze data to inform product development
  • Prepare and present customer success reports to senior leadership

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in customer success, sales, or a related field
  • Experience working with AI tools to support customer success initiatives
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

  • Understanding of AI and its applications in customer success
