About the role
We are seeking a Strategic Customer Success Manager to join our dynamic team. This role will be responsible for driving customer satisfaction and loyalty through proactive engagement and strategic initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute customer success strategies that enhance customer retention and satisfaction
- Proactively identify and address customer needs and pain points
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless onboarding and ongoing support
- Manage customer relationships and escalations effectively
- Conduct regular customer feedback sessions and analyze data to inform product development
- Prepare and present customer success reports to senior leadership
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in customer success, sales, or a related field
- Experience working with AI tools to support customer success initiatives
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
