Strategic Customer Success Manager

About the role

Responsible for developing and implementing advanced audio solutions for Dolby’s flagship products. This role requires a deep understanding of audio engineering principles and experience in creating immersive audio experiences.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop Dolby Atmos and other audio technologies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including software engineers, product managers, and designers
• Conduct research and development on emerging audio technologies
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in audio engineering or related field
• Strong knowledge of audio signal processing and acoustics
• Experience with audio coding standards such as Dolby AC-4 and AAC
• Proficiency in programming languages such as C++, Python, or Java
