Strategic Communications Lead
for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must include only sections that have real specific content. The posting includes: About the role? There's a paragraph describing the role: "Parsons is seeking a Strategic Communications Lead...". That's about the role. Could be "About the role". Responsibilities: "What You'll Be Doing" list. Requirements: "Develop and execute strategic communication plans..." etc. That's responsibilities. Requirements: "What Required Skills You'll Bring" includes TS/SCI clearance, 8+ years, Bachelor's degree, etc. That's requirements. Qualifications? Might be same as required skills; but we can treat "What Required Skills You'll Bring" as Requirements. Skills: "What Desired Skills You'll Bring" could be Skills. Benefits: there is a paragraph about benefits: "We value our employees and want our employees to take care of their overall wellbeing, which is why we offer best-in-class benefits such as medical, dental, vision, paid time off, 401(k), life insurance, flexible work schedules, and holidays". That's benefits. Pay: "Salary Range: $88,400.00 - $154,700.00". That's pay. Schedule: Not mentioned explicitly; no schedule details. So we should not include Schedule heading. Also we should not include sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present.
We need to remove boilerplate: EEO, fraud warning, etc. Also remove navigation, cookie, etc. Also remove repeated lines. Also remove "Job ID / requisition numbers". Not present.
We need to preserve all substantive information. So we need to include the paragraphs about mission, culture, etc. Possibly under "About the role" or maybe a separate "About Parsons" but we only have allowed headings list; we can put that content under "About the role". The instructions: use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can use those headings exactly. We should not repeat the job title as a heading. So we will not put "Strategic Communications Lead". We'll output something like:
About the role
About the role
... (the introductory paragraph about Parsons and the role)
Then responsibilities as- ... each bullet.
Then requirements as
- ... each bullet.
Then skills as
- ... each bullet for desired skills.
Then benefits as

Then pay as
Salary Range: $88,400.00 - $154,700.00
We must not include schedule. We need to ensure we preserve all substantive information: The initial fluff about "In a world of possibilities..." etc. That's part of the role description. We'll include that in About the role paragraph. We need to remove EEO line, fraud warning, etc. Also need to remove duplicated lines: there is repeated "We value our employees..." etc. Only one. Also need to remove "This position is part of our Federal Solutions team..." paragraph. That's substantive about the team; could be included in About the role or maybe separate but we have no heading for that; we can include it in About the role as additional paragraph. Also need to keep "Security Clearance Requirement An active Top Secret SCI security clearance is required for this position." That's part of requirements. Also need to keep "Throughout the company, our people are anticipating what’s next..." maybe fluff but still substantive; include in About the role. We need to ensure we don't invent or summarize away detail. Keep specifics. Let's extract content. Original text: "In a world of possibilities, pursue one with endless opportunities. Imagine Next!
