Strategic Communications Advisor
for section headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We have Responsibilities content. We have Required Qualifications and Desired Qualifications (these could go under Qualifications or Requirements). We have Overview (company description) maybe as About the role? Actually "About the role" could be the introductory paragraph about the role. The posting starts: "Responsibilities Noblis ESI is seeking a Strategic Communications Advisor in Chantilly VA. The advisor will develop..." That's basically role description. Could treat as About the role. Then Responsibilities section. Then Qualifications (Required and Desired). Then Skills maybe separate? The posting includes many skill statements; could be under Skills. Benefits: there is Total Rewards section describing benefits. Pay: there is Posted Salary Range. Schedule: not mentioned (maybe remote/hybrid status subject to change). Not specific schedule, so we should not include Schedule unless explicit. So include sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay. Possibly also Overview? But we can incorporate Overview into About the role or Benefits? The overview about Noblis could be part of About the role or maybe a separate "About the company" but not in allowed headings. We'll put overview under About the role.
We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID. Remove boilerplate: EEO, E-Verify, Right to Work, Commitment to Non-Discrimination, drug-free workplace, remote/hybrid status subject to change, etc. Also remove application instructions (none). Remove duplicated lines.
We need to preserve all substantive information. So include details: location Chantilly VA, role Strategic Communications Advisor, mission objectives, etc. Responsibilities list as bullet points. Qualifications: required qualifications (clearance, citizenship, education/experience combos, demonstrated experience, skills). Desired qualifications as bullet list maybe under Qualifications or separate? Could combine under Qualifications with subheadings? But we only allowed headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We could put Required Qualifications under Qualifications, Desired Qualifications also under Qualifications. Or we could put Required under Qualifications and Desired under Skills? Better to put both under Qualifications.
Skills: we can extract skill statements: excellent communications skills, writing, editing, briefing, presentation-development, verbal communication, ability to understand complex technical subjects, engage diverse stakeholder groups, visual storytelling and content design with expertise in digital content using tools, executive-level presentation capability, etc. Also maybe "Ability to manage multiple high-priority assignments", "Sound judgement and discretion", "Demonstrated ability to work effectively with senior leaders..." etc. Those could be skills.
Benefits: Total Rewards: health, life, disability, financial, retirement benefits, paid leave, professional development, tuition assistance, work-life programs, award programs, eligibility for full/part-time employees working at least 20 hrs/week. Also mention that compensation determined by factors etc. But we have separate Pay section for salary range. Benefits section should include those benefits.
Pay: Posted Salary Range USD $120,700.00 - USD $188,725.00 /Yr.
We must not include filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present.
Now craft HTML.

We must not include any markdown fences. Just raw HTML. Check for any boilerplate left: we removed EEO, drug-free workplace, remote/hybrid status, commitment to non-discrimination, etc. Also removed "Learn more at Noblis -About Us" maybe part of overview but we kept overview. We removed "Why work at a Noblis company?" content? We incorporated some of that into Benefits? Actually we didn't include the "Why work at a Noblis company?" paragraph about employees finding meaning, etc. That is substantive but not covered by allowed headings. Could we put it under About the role? It's about company culture, maybe fits under About the role or Benefits? The instruction: include a section ONLY when posting has real, specific content for it. We have content about why work at Noblis; we could include it under About the role as additional paragraph. Let's add a paragraph after overview. Add: "Our employees find greater meaning in their work and balance the other things in life that matter to them. Our people are our greatest asset. They are exceptionally skilled, knowledgeable, team-oriented, and mission-driven individuals who want to do work that matters and benefits the public. Noblis has won numerous workplace awards. Noblis maintains a drug-free workplace." However drug-free workplace is boilerplate? It's a statement but maybe considered boilerplate? It's a standard statement; but it's part of the posting. The instruction says remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate. Drug-free workplace might be considered legal boilerplate? Not sure. Safer to keep? It's a statement about workplace policy
