for section headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must include sections only if posting has real specific content. We need to extract content. Job title: Strategic Communications Planner (not to be repeated as heading). Provide sections: - About the role: likely description of role: "Amentum is seeking a dynamic and innovative Strategic Communications Planner to provide research and analysis on information related capabilities, plans and operations in support of U.S Pacific Command (PACOM) at Camp H.M. About the role

Amentum is seeking a dynamic and innovative Strategic Communications Planner to provide research and analysis on information related capabilities, plans and operations in support of U.S Pacific Command (PACOM) at Camp H.M. Smith, HI. You would be an excellent candidate for this position if you enjoy working in a fast-paced, high impact, dynamic environment, work independently or with a group to successfully achieve objectives, and are excited to learn and grow in the Strategic Communications field. USPACOM conducts planning in support of the Theater Campaign Plan (TCP) to shape the environment in the PACOM Area of Operations (AOR); Concept Plans (CONPLANs) and Operational Plans (OPLANS) to counter known threats; and crisis-action planning to respond to contingencies and crisis in theater with little to no notice. Success depends on the USPACOM J3’s ability to understand the complex dynamics of the theater as a whole and the nuanced details of each sub-region.

That seems appropriate. Then Responsibilities as list. Then Requirements as list. Then Qualifications as list. Then Skills as list (maybe combine some items not already covered). But we could also put skills within Requirements; but we need to follow instruction: Use sections only when posting has real specific content. It does have skills: "Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite products and SharePoint collaborative tools; Knowledge and use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) Tools in support of government client objectives (e.g. *GPT, GenAI, AskSage, MAVEN, Machine Assist Disclosure (MAD), python, etc.)." That's specific. So we can make Skills section. Then Benefits as list. Then Pay as paragraph (or maybe list with one item). Use

for prose. We must not repeat job title as heading. Already not. We must not include Job ID/requisition numbers. We must not include application instructions. We must not include EEO boilerplate. We must not include original posting date etc? That's metadata; could be folded into a short p or dropped. The instruction: "do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it." So we could include a short p for posting date maybe but it's minor. Safer to drop it. Thus final HTML:

We need to ensure we didn't include Schedule. Check for any duplicated content: We have included responsibilities list exactly as in posting. Ensure we didn't miss any. Let's extract responsibilities from text: "In this position you will conduct the following activities: - Provide analysis and support for incorporating information capabilities aligned with operations, activities, and interests throughout the PACOM Area of Responsibility - Develop strategy to more effectively implement synchronized communication and information effects - Provide recommendations to staff for a framework to address operational issues, opportunities, and challenges - Facilitate the execution of various communication synchronization working groups to develop communication objectives for key audiences and stakeholders - Research and develop communication and information related Measures of Effectiveness (MOE) and Measures of Performance (MOP) to assess the effectiveness of INDOPACOM's information strategies and campaigns - Aid senior-level strategic planning and briefings, including preparing formal papers and background information for USPACOM senior leader consumption; compile and analyze disparate information, then present clear, comprehensive recommendations for decision-making - Conduct research, both unclassified and classified, on various topics supporting ongoing and emerging operational concepts and plans, distilling that research into information concepts of support for OPLANS, CONPLANS, and contingency planning." Make each a li. Requirements list: "Minimum Requirements: - Bachelor’s Degree, or in lieu of degree, at least 6 years of combined experience managing complex programs and projects in support of the Department of Defense (DoD) or other federal agencies - At least 3 years of experience in an information related field, such as strategic communications, public affairs and/or Psychological Operations (PSYOPs) - Experience developing communications themes and messages - Experience implementing information/communication plans for military operations - Experience in writing reports, graphics and information papers - Experience analyzing operational data - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite products and SharePoint collaborative tools - Knowledge and use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) Tools in support of government client objectives (e.g. *GPT, GenAI, AskSage, MAVEN, Machine Assist Disclosure (MAD), python, etc.). - Must have an active Top Secret clearance and be SCI eligible . - Note: US Citizenship is required to obtain a Top-Secret Clearance." We could combine the note as part of the clearance item or separate li. Probably separate li: "US Citizenship is required to obtain a Top-Secret Clearance." Qualifications list: "Preferred Qualifications: - Master’s Degree - 10 Years experience in an information related field - Graduate of a DoD Approved Public Affairs, PSYOP or related course - Active TS/SCI clearance - Experience in coordinating with other Department of Defense (DoD) entities, including the Joint Staff, the Office of the Secretary of Defense and USPACOM's Service Components as well as non-DoD organizations such as State Department" Make li each. Skills list: we already have two items. Benefits list: we have items. Pay: we have paragraph. Check that we didn't inadvertently include any boilerplate like "Compensation Details: $130K - $150K The compensation range or hourly rate listed for this position is provided as a good-faith estimate..." We should not include that extra sentence; we only need the range. The instruction: preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. The compensation details sentence is substantive? It's more explanation about the range. Could include but it's not required; but we could include as part of Pay paragraph. However the instruction says "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." It's okay to include extra detail. But we must not include filler like "commensurate with experience". The compensation details sentence is not filler; it's explanatory. Might be okay to include. However we already have a Pay paragraph with range and note about determination. Could add the sentence about good-faith estimate. But we must not include the
