Strategic Cell Specialist, Lead

About the role
You’ll support DoW senior leaders by creating strategic communications, plans, and products for internal and external clients and stakeholders; creating and managing reoccurring deliverables and special projects, including briefings, talking points, speeches, memos, bullet background papers, and leadership messaging. You’ll contribute to internal efforts, such as leadership meetings or program reviews, to help streamline top-down and bottom-up communications highlighting key messages, top priorities, and potential issue areas. You'll expertly support senior leaders, pay strict attention to details, and bring an analytical mindset to each problem.
Requirements
- 20+ years of experience working directly with senior leaders in the Department of War or Government agencies
- 10+ years of experience creating briefs, drafting talking points, writing speeches, editing reports, and preparing leaders for events and engagements
- Experience defining strategic objectives and key initiatives
- Experience facilitating leadership offsites
- Experience with Positioning, Navigation, and Timing (PNT) technologies and systems
- Experience leveraging AI tools for strategic communications purposes, and knowledge of potential pitfalls
- Ability to work without direct supervision, be highly motivated, and display a dynamic work ethic
- Secret clearance
- Bachelor's degree
- Completion of PMT 401 Course
Nice to have
- Experience with the DoD acquisition system
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- TS/SCI clearance
- Master’s degree

Pay
Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $99,000.00 to $225,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
