Lead Generation Specialist

About the role

Dinamic AS Group is hiring a Lead Generation Specialist to support leads, customer follow-up, account activity, CRM records, and sales coordination. The position supports luxury travel planning, private experiences, itinerary coordination, traveler communication, and premium customer service and is designed for someone who can keep details accurate while moving work forward.

Responsibilities

• Support lead generation specialist activity connected with luxury travel planning, private experiences, itinerary coordination, traveler communication, and premium customer service.
• Maintain accurate lead, prospect, customer, or account records in the company’s shared sales workflow.
• Complete approved outreach, follow-up, scheduling, or information-gathering tasks.
• Prepare quotes, meeting notes, customer information, or sales-support materials as assigned.
• Coordinate handoffs between prospects or customers and the appropriate internal owner.
• Prepare activity or pipeline updates that help the team manage follow-up consistently.

Requirements

• Strong communication, organization, and customer-service skills.
• Comfort learning CRM, email, spreadsheet, calendar, and web-based sales workflows.
• Ability to maintain accurate records while handling multiple follow-up tasks.
• Professional judgment in customer communication.
• For junior roles, customer service, retail, hospitality, campus, or internship experience can be transferable.
• A pre-employment background check is required.

Pay

Base salary: $62,000 - $72,000 per year
