About the role

Sight Sea Travel is looking for a Lead Generation Specialist to support vacation planning, cruises, all-inclusive travel, reservations, customer service, and itinerary support. The position is full time, 100% remote, and open to candidates throughout the United States.

Responsibilities

• Research prospective customers using approved sources and document relevant company, contact, and qualification information.
• Build and maintain clean prospect lists, account records, contact details, segmentation, and lead-source information.
• Apply approved qualification criteria and route appropriate leads to the responsible sales or account team across vacation planning and reservations.
• Support approved email, phone, event, or campaign follow-up and record responses, next steps, and opt-out status accurately.
• Keep CRM stages, ownership, activity history, and follow-up dates current and remove duplicate or invalid records.
• Track lead volume, response, qualification, and handoff metrics and prepare recurring activity summaries.

Requirements

• Strong online research, organization, written communication, and data-entry skills.
• Comfort using CRM systems, spreadsheets, email, prospecting tools, and shared databases.
• Ability to follow qualification criteria consistently and maintain accurate lead records.
• Professional communication and careful handling of contact and account information.
• Attention to detail when managing high-volume prospect lists and follow-up tasks.
• A pre-employment background check is required.

Pay

$66,000 - $74,000 per year
