About the role
As Nextep's resident subject matter expert on our benefit plan offerings, you'll be working closely with our prospects and clients to educate them about our strategic benefit solutions.
Requirements
- You have at least three years of progressive benefits experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- You have direct work experience with benefit design, analysis & administration, with a multi-state and 2,000+ employee benefits-eligible population
- You have a general knowledge of HRIS Payroll Systems
- You have a high school diploma or equivalent
