A Day in the Life

As a Strategic Advisor on the Employee Health & Benefits team at Tribridge Partners, you'll be the go-to point of contact for clients. Your responsibilities include:

• Gathering, reviewing, and auditing census information for clients.
• Compiling current plan details for RFP processes, market benefits and rates across all lines of coverage, and negotiating rates and contract terms with carriers.
• Managing and supporting key meetings, including prospect presentations, open enrollment, renewal discussions, RoadMap meetings, and mid-year checkpoints.
• Creating and overseeing open enrollment communications and guides, partnering with TPAs, carriers, benefits administration platforms, and payroll to build the open enrollment site, and ensuring meeting materials are ready for various meetings.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' Health & Welfare experience required.
• Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university (or equivalent industry experience).
• Active Life/Health License.
• Relevant knowledge of legislation and market trends, marketing / vendor search process, understanding of medical, dental, life/AD&D, disability, vision, etc. coverage.
• Legal work authorization to work in the U.S. on a permanent and ongoing basis without the need for sponsorship now or in the future.

Additional qualifications are a plus but not required to apply:

• Knowledge of self-insurance and reinsurance coverage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook, PowerPoint) and Adobe Acrobat.

Base Salary Range

The base salary range for this role is $92,400 to $172,100. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis based on experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
