Responsibilities
- Identify, evaluate, and implement healthcare redesign, reimbursement, and partnership strategies aligning with growth and cost management goals.
- Support development and maintenance of current products and market offerings.
- Lead strategic planning, complex analysis, and provide thought leadership at departmental and enterprise levels.
- Present strategic concepts, data, and performance metrics to internal and external stakeholders, including senior leadership.
- Coordinate and communicate progress on projects and initiatives.
- Collaborate across departments as a healthcare delivery and reimbursement strategy expert.
- Monitor industry trends, regulatory changes, and market dynamics affecting operations and payer-provider relationships.
- Drive operational improvements through analysis, reporting, and project management techniques.
- Mentor junior team members and oversee work as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or advanced degree; 8+ years of related experience, or 10+ years without degree.
Skills
- Risk Adjustment expertise
- Experience with Medicare or ACA
- Proficiency with Data Analytics tools (SQL, R, SAS, Python)
Pay
Competitive salary within the range of $130,560.00 - $208,896.00.
