About the role
The Strategic Accounts Team Lead oversees the actions of Account Representatives servicing high strategic importance clients. The role involves ensuring client satisfaction, achieving financial objectives, and guiding the team towards continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Ensure total client satisfaction by managing a team of Account Representatives
- Achieve client and Lessen's financial objectives by evaluating urgency and efficacy of work requests
- Develop professional relationships with client managers and communicate costs and benefits of service performance
- Closely monitor operational and financial performance to identify process deficiencies and recommend solutions
- Proactively manage direct reports' responses to client escalations and escalate complex issues to leadership
- Facilitate the two-way flow of information between team members and department leadership
- Contribute to the positive financial performance of the department by managing service throughput volume and vendor costs
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 2-5 years of related, progressive work experience
- Prior people management experience (plus)
- Experience in call center/customer service management (plus)
- Experience in facilities management, maintenance management, or related fields (plus)
- Proficient in basic people management processes
- Proficient in leading a small team within a broader organization structure
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
- Familiarity with Tableau or other data visualization packages (plus)
