We serve licensed HVAC/R dealers and contractors, ensuring top-quality HVAC solutions across 28 states, Puerto Rico, the Caribbean, Latin America, Mexico, and Canada. With over 200+ locations, we are well-positioned to meet or exceed our customers' HVAC/R needs.
Responsibilities
- Strategically manage a high-value portfolio of builder, developer, and contractor accounts to maximize market penetration and revenue growth
- Develop and implement data-driven account strategies that enhance customer retention while expanding share of wallet across our product lines
- Possess strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship building skills
- Interpret construction plans, specifications, and bid documents
- Ability to interpret construction plans, specifications, and bid documents
- Proficiency in CRM system (Salesforce) and Microsoft Office or similar platforms
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within the region
- Drive adoption of comprehensive HVAC solutions including equipment, controls, service agreements, and system upgrades to increase revenue streams
- Collaborate cross-functionally with estimating and inside sales teams to develop compelling, competitive proposals that win business
- Coordinate with operations, order management, and service teams to ensure exceptional sales execution and client satisfaction
- Support business intelligence initiatives including accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and strategic planning processes
- Maintain market advantage and identify emerging opportunities through monitoring industry developments, construction trends, and competitive activities
Qualifications
- Minimum 4 year bachelor degree
- 5+ years of sales experience in HVAC, construction, or building materials
Requirements
- 5+ years of sales or account management experience in HVAC, construction, or building services
- Proven record managing large or complex accounts
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship building skills
- Ability to interpret construction plans, specifications, and bid documents
- Proficiency in CRM system (Salesforce) and Microsoft Office or similar platforms
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within the region
