Role Responsibilities

  • Identify, engage, and close enterprise customers through targeted outbound and ecosystem-driven relationships.
  • Own client relationships from initial technical discovery through long-term strategic partnership.
  • Led high-stakes conversations with engineering, product, data, and executive stakeholders.
  • Shape proposals and deal structures for complex AI deployments.
  • Partner with internal teams to align customer needs with execution.
  • Ensure successful deployment and expansion of AI systems within customer workflows.
  • Maintain clear pipeline visibility and strategic signal for internal decision-making.
  • Surface product feedback and market insights to inform roadmap and positioning.

Requirements

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication with strong technical intuition.
  • Experience owning enterprise relationships in AI, SaaS, or highly technical environments.
  • Proven ability to navigate complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deal cycles.
  • Comfort operating with evolving product surfaces and ambiguous technical requirements.
  • Strong ownership mindset with bias toward action and long-term account growth.
