About the role
The Strategic Account Manager (SAM) is a critical extension of Montage selling and account retention strategy within the Jewelry Division. In support of the Vice President of Sales – Jewelry Division, the SAM serves as an internal and external liaison supporting in-house service for Montage retailers.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate retailers’ current offerings and pursue expansion of Montage Jewelry Care Plans within existing accounts.
- Manage implementation processes by coordinating and completing tasks associated with new business rollouts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key retailers and facilitate collaboration between retailers and internal support teams.
- Ensure the integrity of account data and business arrangements from proposal through implementation.
- Evaluate account performance and provide recommendations to support program profitability and continued year-over-year growth.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Sales and Marketing, Business Administration or related field or equivalent course training.
- 2-5 years of Sales, Marketing or Business experience.
- Understanding of financial trends and ability to identify performance opportunities (with guidance).
- Knowledge of the retail channel and account management fundamentals.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Montage Jewelry Care Plans.
- Ability to lead new retailer implementation based on program requirements, pricing, and service expectations.
- Coordination of communication between retailers and internal business teams.
- Support of Sales and business management teams to ensure account performance metrics are achieved.
- Travel as needed to support key accounts and industry trade shows.
- Support organic sales growth and retention within assigned accounts.

Pay
- Salary range: $70,000 - $90,000 annually.
