About the role
Drive sales growth by managing key client relationships and developing strategic partnerships. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions. Manage the sales cycle from initial contact through contract negotiation and implementation.
Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities by prospecting and building relationships with clients
- Manage existing client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and renewals
- Develop and execute sales strategies that align with company goals
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions
- Manage the sales cycle from initial contact through contract negotiation and implementation
- Prepare and present proposals and presentations to clients
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints, providing timely and effective resolutions
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales or account management
- Proven track record of successful client relationship management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience with CRM systems
Qualifications
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
