About the role

Drive sales growth by managing key client relationships and developing strategic partnerships. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions. Manage the sales cycle from initial contact through contract negotiation and implementation.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities by prospecting and building relationships with clients
  • Manage existing client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and renewals
  • Develop and execute sales strategies that align with company goals
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Manage the sales cycle from initial contact through contract negotiation and implementation
  • Prepare and present proposals and presentations to clients
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints, providing timely and effective resolutions

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales or account management
  • Proven track record of successful client relationship management
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience with CRM systems

Qualifications

  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Self-starter with a proactive approach to meeting targets
