Customer & Market Development
- Prospect and qualify new fleet and dealer leads through research, cold calling, email outreach, and industry events.
- Conduct introductory presentations and product demos (in person or virtual).
- Follow up on leads from partner channels.
- Maintain a disciplined cadence of activity (calls, meetings, emails) logged in CRM.
Strategic Account Leadership
- Manage relationships with key fleets, dealers, and OEM partners.
- Leverage industry contacts to drive specification wins and pull-through demand.
- Cookordination joint account planning with partner reps and regional sales teams.
Sales Strategy & Execution
- Develop and execute territory sales plans aligned to annual targets (~$350K+).
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and specifications with procurement and engineering contacts.
- Track progress in CRM with accurate forecasting and next-step actions.
Mentorship & Collaboration
- Support onboarding and skill development of junior sales staff.
- Share best practices and serve as a subject matter expert in fleet sales cycles.
Market and Customer Insights
- Gather and analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitive intelligence to inform product development and strategic planning.
- Provide actionable insights to leadership for decision-making and long-term planning.
- Document all customer interactions, agreements, and transactions to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.

Salary Range
