Customer & Market Development

  • Prospect and qualify new fleet and dealer leads through research, cold calling, email outreach, and industry events.
  • Conduct introductory presentations and product demos (in person or virtual).
  • Follow up on leads from partner channels.
  • Maintain a disciplined cadence of activity (calls, meetings, emails) logged in CRM.

Strategic Account Leadership

  • Manage relationships with key fleets, dealers, and OEM partners.
  • Leverage industry contacts to drive specification wins and pull-through demand.
  • Cookordination joint account planning with partner reps and regional sales teams.

Sales Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and execute territory sales plans aligned to annual targets (~$350K+).
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and specifications with procurement and engineering contacts.
  • Track progress in CRM with accurate forecasting and next-step actions.

Mentorship & Collaboration

  • Support onboarding and skill development of junior sales staff.
  • Share best practices and serve as a subject matter expert in fleet sales cycles.

Market and Customer Insights

  • Gather and analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitive intelligence to inform product development and strategic planning.
  • Provide actionable insights to leadership for decision-making and long-term planning.
  • Document all customer interactions, agreements, and transactions to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.

Salary Range

The expected salary range for this role is $55,000-$75,000 per year. Ultimately, in determining your exact pay, we may also consider your skills, experience, and other job-related factors.
