About the role
This role will support financial strategy, forecasting, and performance management initiatives that strengthen business visibility and decision-making. You will partner with executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to improve planning processes, financial discipline, controls, and resource allocation. The position offers the opportunity to influence enterprise performance and scalable financial operations within a regulated financial services environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage strategic account plans to enhance customer satisfaction and retention
- Identify growth opportunities and expand relationships with existing customers
- Analyze customer financial positions and challenges for tailored account management
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to address market drivers and impediments
- Develop customized account plans using a consultative approach
- Promptly address and resolve customer issues and concerns
- Maintain a robust sales pipeline and accurate account forecasting data
Qualifications
- Proven account management experience in enterprise software, SaaS, or FinTech solutions
- Experience managing relationships with C-level executives
- Significant knowledge of Corporate Lending solutions
- Consultative account management expertise
- Ability to identify client challenges and opportunities and position solutions effectively
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Proven ability to articulate value propositions and manage complex negotiations

Pay
$120,000 – $150,000 annually
