Strategic Account Executive, TPA - North and South Carolina - Remote

Primary Responsibilities

• Create the strategic retention and growth plan for customers
• Cultivate and manage the customer relationship at multiple levels
• Provide consultative input in the design of a customer's benefit plan(s)
• Facilitate the lifecycle of the customer relationship from RFP to renewal
• Demonstrate the value propositions to upsell specialty and ancillary business
• Identify trends and offer solutions per the Insight Driven Solutions (IDS) consultative and solutioning process
• Participate in or represent account management in special projects
• Support sales and marketing efforts through participation in finalist presentations and attending Health and Benefit Fairs
• Aid in training and mentoring new SAEs and other Account Management team members

Required Qualifications

• State health and life insurance license or willingness to obtain upon hire
• 3+ years of progressively more responsible sales and/or service experience
• Driver's license and access to reliable transportation

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years of strategic and consultative sales and/or account management experience
• TPA experience

Pay and Benefits

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase, and a 401(k) contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).

The salary for this role will range from $60,000 - $130,000 annually based on full-time employment. This role is also eligible to receive bonuses based on sales performance.
