Responsibilities
- Own and grow a defined geographic territory or portfolio of enterprise accounts by developing and executing strategic account plans, creating new opportunities, and consistently achieving or exceeding quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Develop and execute territory and account strategies that identify, prioritize, and expand opportunities within enterprise customers.
- Build trusted relationships across technical teams, security leadership, and executive stakeholders, including CISOs and C-suite decision makers.
- Lead complex enterprise sales cycles by uncovering customer priorities, aligning Corelight solutions to business outcomes, and driving consensus across multiple stakeholders.
- Partner closely with Sales Engineering, Customer Success, Product, Marketing, and Channel Partners to develop winning account strategies.
- Effectively articulate Corelight's differentiated approach to Network Detection & Response, helping customers understand both technical capabilities and business value.
- Maintain a disciplined sales process with accurate pipeline management, opportunity qualification, and forecast accuracy.
- Leverage the Corelight partner ecosystem to expand market reach and accelerate customer success.
- Stay current on cybersecurity trends, competitive landscape, and evolving customer challenges.
- Travel within the assigned territory as needed.
Requirements
- 8+ years of successful enterprise software sales experience in cybersecurity, cloud infrastructure, networking, or adjacent enterprise technologies, with experience owning a geographic territory or portfolio of enterprise accounts.
- Demonstrated success managing complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles from discovery through close.
- Experience selling into the Security Operations Centers and engaging both deeply technical buyers and executive decision-makers.
- Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to translate technical capabilities into measurable business outcomes.
- Experience using a structured sales methodology and qualification framework (MEDDPICC, MEDDIC, Command of the Message, Challenger, or similar).
- Proven ability to build pipeline, manage territory strategy, and accurately forecast business.
- Comfortable learning and discussing highly technical products with sophisticated cybersecurity audiences.
- Highly collaborative with a track record of partnering across cross-functional teams to win complex opportunities.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Qualifications
- Experience selling Network Detection & Response (NDR), SIEM, XDR, network security, cloud security, or adjacent cybersecurity solutions.
- Experience managing large enterprise or Fortune 1000 accounts.
- Experience navigating long, complex sales cycles involving multiple technical and executive stakeholders.
- Demonstrated intellectual curiosity and the ability to quickly learn complex technologies and customer environments.

Pay
The compensation for this position may vary depending on factors such as your location, skills and experience. Depending on the nature and seniority of the role, a percentage of compensation may come in the form of a commission-based or discretionary bonus. Equity and additional benefits will also be awarded. Compensation Range $339,000—$410,000 USD
