Position Description

Sayari is seeking a seasoned, elite Enterprise Account Executive and business development professional with an undeniable, proven history of selling to and managing complex relationships within Tier 1 Banks, Global Insurers, and Multinational Financial Institutions.

Job Responsibilities

  • Strategic Account Expansion: Develop a deep understanding of Tier 1 client mission sets, map complex account whitespace, and build strategic account plans to scale revenue through targeted upsell and cross-sale activities.
  • Pipeline & Forecast Management: Maintain immaculate, up-to-date Salesforce data for your territory, providing reliable, data-driven forecast information directly to upper management.
  • Advocacy & Net New Growth: Capitalize on existing relationships to drive referral sales and cultivate strong customer references to support broader net-new sales initiatives.
  • Market & Competitive Intelligence: Stay hyper-aware of competitive movements, regulatory shifts (risk/compliance/supply chain), and market trends within the banking and insurance sectors to provide actionable feedback to leadership.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Pre-Sales, Legal, and InfoSec teams to smoothly navigate complex financial procurement cycles.

Skills & Experience

  • Candidates must possess a documented, referenceable track record of successfully selling risk, compliance, or intelligence solutions directly into Tier 1 financial institutions.
  • Industry Experience: 8+ years of field sales or enterprise account management experience, specifically working with enterprise risk, compliance, corporate intelligence, or supply chain mapping vendors.
  • Tier 1 Financial Domain: Proven expertise navigating the unique buying behaviors, regulatory hurdles, and procurement frameworks of G-SIBs (Global Systemically Important Banks) and top-tier insurance carriers.
  • Proven Track Record: A consistent, verifiable history of meeting and exceeding high-value enterprise revenue expectations and quotas.
  • Communication Skills: Superior written, verbal, and presentation skills, comfortable pitching to C-suite stakeholders (CROs, CCOs, CISOs).
  • Travel: Ability and willingness to travel up to 25% to meet clients and attend key industry events

Pay Range

The target base salary for this position is $150,000-$180,000 plus company bonus and equity. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including location, local market variances, candidate experience and expertise, internal peer equity, and may vary from the amounts listed above.
