About the role

Our Strategic Account business focuses on our largest customers (Fortune 50), owning the overall relationship with one of Sprinklr’s top customers, expanding the Sprinklr offering, and becoming an extension to the customer’s team ensuring we solve, “pain above the noise” strategic problems while positioning Sprinklr to be the Enterprise solution for Unified Customer Experience Management (CXM).

Responsibilities

  • Identify, negotiate, and close big deals in a defined territory.
  • Work with CMOs, CTOs, COOs, CIOs, EVPs, and SVPs of some of the biggest brands in the world.
  • Build solutions that allow them to win.
  • Utilize superior salesmanship to develop sales opportunities and identify the necessary decision makers and influencers of the prospective deal.
  • Listen, identify, and understand clients/prospective clients' needs and deliver to their expectations.
  • Build relationships with multiple stakeholders and influence them in a positive way.
  • Seek new sales leads and business opportunities through active networking and utilizing business referrals.
  • Possess a passion for enhancing knowledge of the industry, market, and competitors to provide the sales edge needed to close business and generate revenue.
  • Be curious and seek feedback at every opportunity to improve and be the best you can be.
  • Operate with integrity and pride in who we are, what we build, and what we do.

Requirements

  • One of the top 10% of the sales people in your current company/division with at least 4 years selling software at the enterprise level.
  • A track record of being one of the best in your field.
  • Energy and commitment to pursuing your passions.
  • A work ethic second to none.
  • Experience in a fast-moving industry and the ability to stay nimble mentally to handle complex and enterprise-wide SaaS deals.
  • A background in building relationships, particularly with Sprinklr, a best-in-class solution that emphasizes customer obsession.
  • An understanding of the Customer Experience revolution and the impact of social media platforms on various organizational functions.
  • A desire and ability to embrace change and understand how social media platforms can impact the relationship between global brands and consumers.

Qualifications

  • 6+ years of sales experience with at least 4 years selling software at the enterprise level.
  • A track record of success in building relationships and developing new business opportunities.
  • A passion for the Customer Experience revolution and the role of social media platforms in transforming brand-consumer relationships.
  • A strong work ethic and a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
  • A history of operating with integrity and pride in the company's mission and values.
