About the role

The Account Executive role at Northspyre is focused on bringing new business to the company. This is not a typical sales job but rather a strategic leadership position where you will educate real estate professionals on the Northspyre platform. Your goal is to convert prospects into clients by demonstrating the potential return on investment (ROI) the platform can offer.

Responsibilities

  • Educate and guide real estate professionals on utilizing automation and data analytics to create untapped value for their businesses.
  • Collaborate with other high-impact revenue owners to tune, operate, and drive high-growth B2B SaaS sales machines.
  • Qualify, conduct demos, and build consensus with inbound and self-sourced leads to close deals.
  • Evolve industry best practices for qualification, mid-funnel, and closing techniques to create a repeatable, scalable sales machine.
  • Work closely with the CEO, Head of Sales, and marketing team to stay ahead of sales organization structure, processes, and best practices.
  • Drive real revenue with a significant stake and equity in a rapidly growing firm where your impact, growth, and success are valued.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of work experience in management consulting, B2B SaaS sales, or other client-facing analytical professional roles.
  • Bachelor's degree in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, Real Estate, or related fields.
  • Track record of earning $250K+/year in OTE, president clubs, top of cohort conversion metrics, etc.
  • Experience executing thorough sales discovery and following a consultative sales process.
  • Ability to own individual sales forecasts.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, remote team environment.
