Position Overview

We’re looking for a seasoned Strategic Account Executive to own and expand complex enterprise relationships. This role is built for a consultative seller who thrives in long-cycle, high-ACV deals and knows how to navigate executive buyers, cross-functional stakeholders, and rigorous enterprise buying processes. You’ll sell transformation and outcomes—not features—and partner closely with Solutions, Product, and Customer teams to drive durable customer value.

What You’ll Do

  • Own a portfolio of strategic enterprise accounts, from net-new acquisition through expansion
  • Run deep discovery to understand customer pain, success metrics, and decision criteria
  • Build and manage mutual success plans aligned to executive priorities
  • Orchestrate complex sales cycles involving technical evaluations, pilots, security reviews, and procurement
  • Partner cross-functionally with Solutions Engineering, Product, Customer Success, and Leadership
  • Forecast accurately and maintain disciplined pipeline management
  • Act as a trusted advisor to customers, positioning the platform as mission-critical infrastructure

Who You Are

  • 7–12+ years of experience in Strategic B2B SaaS sales to Fortune 100 companies
  • Proven track record of closing $200K–$2M+ ACV deals
  • Demonstrated success managing 6–12 month sales cycles
  • Experience leading or co-owning POCs, pilots, and enterprise evaluations
  • History of success selling into complex, multi-stakeholder environments
  • Comfortable owning deals from initial discovery through procurement and close
