Strategic Account Executive

Responsibilities
- Utilize networking and prospecting skills to generate leads and identify strategic solution based sales opportunities.
- Develop and manage high-value relationships with key stakeholders.
- Assume ownership of the entire sales process from prospecting to closing and beyond.
- Collaborate with other Kyriba teams including pre-sales, product, value engineering, operations, finance, marketing, and legal.
- Coordinate and lead responses to RFIs/RFPs/RFQs.
- Provide feedback to management and Marketing teams on prospects reactions and questions about Kyriba’s solutions.
- Provide leadership and guidance to other team members on enterprise accounts and participate in providing input on sales and marketing collateral.
- Cultivate relationships with customers, partners, and related associations.
- Ensure opportunities are accurately reflected and maintained in Salesforce, providing weekly updates, monthly projections and quarterly committed forecasts of sales activity and volume to Kyriba NA Sales management team.
Requirements
- 5 - 10+ years of experience selling complex enterprise cloud software, working with large high-profile accounts (This is a core requirement).
- Exhibits a natural “hunter” mentality and possesses outstanding ability to close sales.
- Proven record and strong capability to generate leads, pursue opportunities and sell.
- Experience selling business applications to business users in the office of the Chief Financial Officer.
- Strong background SaaS products in Treasury, Payments, FX / Currency Risk, Supply Chain Finance is a big plus.
- Experience with comprehensive account planning, relationship mapping, and business strategy mapping following sales methodologies like Target Account Selling or similar.
- Possesses strong sensibility for technology.
- An unrelenting focus on customer-related problems.
- Strong in consultative and insight-based selling.
- Experience articulating complex solutions to multiple decision makers and executives.
- Pioneered a proven track record of navigating significant complexities and obstacles by bringing innovation and creativity to the sales process, whilst meeting the varying demands of multiple stakeholders.
- Knowledge of Cloud SaaS industry.
- Experience analyzing data trends.

- Bachelor’s Degree required.

Benefits
At Kyriba, we believe in pay transparency and fairness. For new hires, the annual base salary range for this role is $149,800.00 - $189,437.50 based on a full-time schedule. Salary can progress beyond this range through sustained performance and demonstrated success in the role. In addition to base pay, this position may be eligible for variable compensation (eg. performance bonus or commission-based plan) and a long-term incentive.
Pay
The final package will be determined by factors such as skills, experience and qualifications.
